About Mock Trial
Mock trial is a competitive activity in which college students try a simulated case. Competitors act either as attorneys or witnesses. Case materials are provided at the beginning of the year, and students then write their own speeches, examinations, and witness roles to run against other programs at both invitational and postseason tournaments. Mock trial is governed by the American Mock Trial Association at collegemocktrial.org.
